especially on YouTube. And it was just funny because you're able to digest this information during your workouts. Oh my gosh, that is very impressive because when I listen to other podcasts,

as I am an avid podcast fan, I'm taking notes and I'm trying to make sure I don't forget something

so I can implement it later.
