| 1:45.3 | happiness, joy, power, forgiveness, whatever frequency you need in your life. You're going to say |
| 1:51.0 | that word over and over and over again as you're taking that deep breath in. And then as you're |
| 1:55.4 | holding your breath, you'll visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And then once |
| 2:00.1 | you exhale, that anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in doing something in that frequency. And then once you exhale, |
