As a Christian parent, you want to raise your children up in the way they should go.

That's a scripture verse, of course, but practically, how do you do that?

I mean, I remember trying to have devotions, a formal devotions time.

I kind of am logical, and I like to exegete the scriptures to my three-year-old and my six-month-old.

I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I kept at it until I finally gave up and realized,

Yeah, no, we tried and imperfectly. We had moments where we tried to read with expression.

I learned that I'm not really a voice actor doing that. And we dressed up. We just,

we've tried several different things. And I would say that the kids getting to draw or or have

fidgets was a very helpful thing that we saw worked with them as they paid attention

and also letting them lead some of the, especially as they were going into the later elementary
