All right, so we're going to talk about how to unsuck at social media.

0:04.4

So maybe, Neil, it'd be helpful if we're vulnerable.

0:06.8

And we kind of talked about this in the last two episodes,

0:09.5

but if we could be vulnerable and maybe outline where we think we suck first and maybe this is even an episode that we can send to our teams to help us un-suck in those areas

0:18.2

Sure, so I can tell you first off we don't do enough AB testing on YouTube.

0:23.5

Secondly, thumbnails with descriptions

0:26.6

and stuff like that.

0:27.8

The second thing is we don't respond to

0:30.5

or I don't respond to my messages, my direct messages often enough, whether it's Twitter

0:36.2

DMs or whether it's on Instagram or Tik-Tok. I log in every once and

0:40.8

while but I don't log in enough. My team logs in and posts on my behalf,

1:10.0

amazing and they thought it would have gotten much much more engagement and I looked at it and I

1:14.7

thought it was great and it would do really well from engagement standpoint I just

1:18.7

wasn't willing to let him post it up you know I just like my privacy. Here's what I think we should be doing.

1:24.0

Let's talk about...

1:25.0

So for me in particular, it comes out to posting velocity at the end of the day.

1:29.0

So a couple of reels a day on my Instagram, so reels three reels or so which also means

1:34.3

posting the Tik Talks a couple times a day posting the YouTube shorts a couple times a day
