Summary
In this episode, we talk about your positive power and how you can create the life that you desire. The Law of Attraction is always working, not just when you want it to. That means that as you are, you will receive. This is where your power kicks in! You have the power to change what you are.
You are both the observer and creator of your experience. That's why they say that your frequency is what you frequently see. But it's not what you see on the outside, it's what you see on the inside that matters.
You observe your thoughts more than anything. That's why it's important to know that you are NOT your thoughts, but you are operating at the frequency of those thoughts. This is because as you observe, you create.
So the first and most important shift you have to make is the thoughts that are going through your mind. You have the power to push any thought (frequency) into your mind for you to observe.
This is how you change your life, create a positive future, and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

| 1:28.3 | anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. |
