I am excited about this podcast conversation because this is one that I think a lot of our listeners

and our viewers on a YouTube channel are really going through.

And this is that transition, the transition from working a nine to five job to going after your real estate dreams.

And what that transition looks like and how to do that effectively so that you can balance both sides, right?

Oftentimes we enter into this business with a lot of responsibilities already on our plate. And we can't just

shirk those responsibilities for, you know, these goals and these dreams that we have of owning

these big rental portfolios or replacing our income and working for ourselves. So there's a fine line.

There's a, there's a tight rope that we walk to be able to make that transition.

And my guest today is in the middle of this transition, and he's doing fantastic.

time in your schedule to be able to commit to this business very Very limited, but yeah. So how do we do this?

Very carefully. Yeah. And best you can. So I don't have a lot of time, maybe like 30 minutes to an hour a day,

five days a week. I try to leave the weekends to my family and that's all I've been doing,
