There are numerous ways to help people with what you know that doesn't have to be corporate

conventional experience, that your life experience and your perspective matter.

And I feel like that was enough for me to kind of take it and run with it.

And I feel like this is part of what I do in my work.

I'm like, no, it is necessary for you to bring in your lived experience.

That's literally what makes you different

because I don't care if there's a thousand people that have your same job title or they have

your same title in coaching or whatever it is that you're doing. Every single one of us sees this

unmet need. I don't care if you have the same title. And the unmet need is something where,

yes, somebody else may have done this before, but where have you felt unseen?

Where did something miss the mark for you?

And how could you actually bring your lived experiences in and say that's a competitive advantage?

I literally serve you and see you differently because of who I am, because of something I was once lacking.

And that's the beautiful part about coaching is there's an infinite amount of space for people

who bring in who they are because there isn't anybody else who has that perspective.
