welcome back to the podcast um today's episode i want to share with you guys the last of my three trainings from the Offer Lab launch event. And this was fun because a lot of people were coming to me and they're like, this is great, but I don't actually have anything to sell. I don't have an offer. Also, I want to have an offer, but I don't have one. And so I spent some time walking through how to create an actual offer. Like, how do you create a course? How do you create something that people are going to buy and give you money for? I know I've talked about stuff like this in the past on the podcast, but for any of you guys who are here right now and you're seeing the offer lab opportunity, last time you got excited about the affiliate stuff and the broker stuff, you're like, man, I think having my own offer on the platform would be the secret. That would be the key to really making money from all different ways on offer lab. And so the answer is yes, you should all have your own offer.

Welcome to day number 22 of the Offer Lab launch. I'm so excited. I've lost my voice. I'm tired. I'm excited. I'm like all the things mixed up. And I got 17 minutes hanging out with you guys today before we kick off the most insane speaker lineup in history of all time. Typically to get what you guys are going to be getting today, you'd have to be at an event where you spend at least $1,000 on ticket, $5,000 on hotels and flights and everything. And you get all from the comfort of your home because you showed up today. And so grateful for all our speakers are going to be serving you guys today. And I hope you guys enjoy and have a lot of fun. and I wanted to kick it off just talking about, like the thing that I keep seeing, especially yesterday, I did a session. How many guys your advice session yesterday? If so, I talked about the four different ways to make money at the awful lot platform, right? And I went deep in this. I talked about how like number one is like affiliate marketing. You go and you just build out a funnel and takes you 30 seconds and boom, you're in the game, right? Number two is like, hey, you have an offer. You put your offer on

the platform and boom, other people can grab it and start selling it as an affiliate. Okay? But I said the third way, which is the best way, is a combination where you have an affiliate, where you're an affiliate and you're an offer owner, okay? And why you understand it, again, click phone, I think when we were pulling the stats before we launched Off Lab,

how much money have we paid out in affiliate commissions over the years here at ClickFunnels? So the last decade of ClickFunnels, I think that in the last number was like $165 million in commissions we paid out to people, okay? There's not another like business in our industry who has done that. Just you're all fully aware, okay? Not seven, eight, like, business in our industry who has done that.

Just you're all fully aware, okay? Not seven, eight, nine, nine, very, two comic clubs C award will be given away in affiliate commissions because that's like what we do, right? And what's crazy is, like, so I've seen, like, we've paid out more commissions than any company in the platform or in the industry. And we start looking at, like, the money's spend out and like who the affiliates are. And the craziest thing is 100% of the time, not 20% or 30% or 80%, 100% of time the affiliates are making the most amount of money aren't just an affiliate. They're all the combo. They have their own offers and they are affiliates. They're doing both sides of the equation. Okay. They have their own offers. They sell stuff and then they have their customer list.

They sell click funnels. They sell other products, things like that. And so I want to spend this morning just helping those of you guys who are like, who were kind of more new to this game. Maybe you're like, I understand the affiliate stuff. I'm going to start here, but someday I want I want to create an offer. How many guys are you in that spot?
