I'm back to share another talk from 2021, one of my favorites and I have to tell you

it's super hard to choose. It's like choosing your favorite child. You're really not supposed to

do that. But this one's really special to me. Irma Oldwind Jr delivered this talk in August

of last year at our Monterey conference. It's about her journey from Fresno, California,

a region dominated by agriculture, to college, to the tech industry, back to Fresno and what that

journey did for her and ultimately for her hometown. I don't want to give too much of it away,
