I've seen firsthand how shifting one's self-talk to align with a desired frequency can profoundly change one's life. This shift is not instantaneous; it's a journey of continually showing up and realigning our perspective.

Control your perception, and you control your experience. This understanding can revolutionize not just your life but also empower you to influence others positively. It's about shifting inwardly, recognizing the power within, and choosing to perceive and thus receive the world through a lens of greatness.

Changing your mindset might intensify the discomfort as you push against established patterns. But this is the path to discovering your infinite potential and expanding into your higher self. Athletes, musicians, and champions of all believe in their greatness long before it's recognized by others.

We're all energetic beings navigating life through the filters our minds create. Adjusting these filters by consciously choosing our thoughts allows us to experience life in alignment with our true essence. The world reflects not as it is, but as we are. This understanding is the key to fulfillment and the foundation for impactful, inspiring lives.

Choosing to focus on our inner state rather than external accolades brings genuine transformation. And we're going to do that a little bit differently. I really want to connect with you on this one. So we're going to do a breathing exercise. You can pick your frequency. It can be love, joy, happiness, abundance, calmness, peacefulness,

And when you breathe in, just say that word over and over and over and we are abundant beings.
