someone asked me a question today on Instagram the question box of how do you train after

being hung over and I actually find it very easy to train or do something especially if it's something

low intensity like walk or cycle and I'm not having to exert myself at high intensity.

I find that very easy to physically do rather than Willow in self-pity and just eat all day

and I think it makes you feel worse.

So getting doing something outdoors always helps.
