trainer Rodin today. We are doing what we've called the abstract with Sarah

0:08.3

Laverty and I Sarah it's good to have you back on here again. Hey guys. So we are

0:13.9

going to again Sarah has her background and exercise physiology and her

0:17.6

degree in that and she's coming through research constantly and we are

0:21.9

creating content from that but we sometimes some of that research doesn't make

example you're doing a VL2 max workout and you're on the second to last interval

1:30.5

and your brain is telling you to stop and you're you have to override that to

1:38.2

continue and finish the workout and therefore get faster. So that is how

1:44.8
