The Welcome back to the Stronger by Science Podcast. I'm Greg. I am Pac. And I'm Milo. And we are joining you with another great episode today for people watching on YouTube. As you can see,

0:38.0

Pac and Milo are in the same spot. Currently in the United States in beautiful New York City, the

0:46.2

Big Apple, the city that never sleeps, how are you guys liking it there?

0:50.4

We are liking it in the sense that we are here on a mission and that mission is

0:57.3

furthering science consuming more fiber than we have ever been able to and also living the most boring

1:06.7

slash man-like lifestyle ever meant in the best way possible. So we're loving it.

1:15.0

Specifically we're not only advancing science.

1:20.0

Specifically we're not only advancing science through seeing what the human body does with 100 plus

1:27.1

grams of fiber per day, using modified tortilla wraps with 30 grams plus fiber per

1:33.1

wrap, but also through conducting actual science,

1:36.3

namely we're conducting the first study on range of motion

1:40.3

and length and partials, specifically in trained lifters.

1:45.0

And by that I mean, we had quite a few inquiries for participation,

1:50.0

and as far as recruitment went, and who ended up in the study, we specifically went for the ones, the participants, with the highest training experience.

1:58.0

So we asked them how long they've been training for, and we specifically recruited the ones with the most training experience.

2:03.2

So we might be looking at a sample with an average training experience of

2:07.2

three or five years, maybe even more, depending, we'll see.

2:14.5

So seeing whether or not length and partials actually produce more hypertrophy and trained lifters in the

2:18.1

context of a pretty well-rounded upper-body program with compound pressing, compound pulling, curls, trisip extensions and so forth.

2:26.5

So we're actually in New York for that very purpose besides all the Hifeyer stuff.

2:31.2

Good deal. Yeah, that's hype.

2:33.0

I'm excited to see how it goes.
