Summary
In this episode, we’ll explore how to step into a positive mindset and create a life filled with love, joy, abundance, and happiness.
Life can be tough, and we often face struggles that make us feel beat up and hopeless. But remember, your frequency is what you frequently see. Changing your mindset can transform your experience, even if your surroundings remain the same.
Imagine two identical twins with the same life experiences. Before they watch a movie, I tell one twin he’s the worst person I’ve met and the other that he’s a fantastic client. They’ll have completely different experiences watching the same movie because of their mindset. This example shows that the world isn’t as it is; it’s as you are.
If you want to create a positive future, start with your thoughts. A champion like Michael Jordan always believed he was the best, and that belief fueled his success. Similarly, if you think bad things will happen, you’ll likely experience negativity. Your thoughts shape your reality.
Your actions must align with your positive thoughts. If you believe you’re healthy but eat unhealthy food, you’ll see that your actions don’t match your thoughts. Aligning your actions with your beliefs strengthens your mindset and transforms your experience.
You don’t have to aim to be the best in the world. Aim to be the happiest, most fulfilled version of yourself. Focus on thoughts of love, joy, and light. Repeat these thoughts until they become your mindset. Your mind is set on a frequency, and aligning your actions with this frequency creates a vibration that shapes your reality.
Remember, you are the observer of your thoughts. You can change your thoughts, even if you’re feeling down. Start by repeating positive affirmations like, "I am love, and I live in love and light." Over time, your belief will shift, and your internal experience will transform.
External changes aren’t necessary for internal peace. When you achieve inner peace despite external challenges, you’re truly in your power. Your strength comes from within, not from external circumstances.
Life’s challenges are opportunities for growth. Under tension, we expand and grow. Embrace the friction and use it to build a positive mindset.
Material success doesn’t define your worth. True wealth comes from inner peace and fulfillment. Aim to be the person who wakes up with a smile, regardless of external circumstances. This inner state is the true measure of success.
Visualize your ideal self and future. See yourself achieving your goals and living your dream life. Use deep breaths to anchor these visions in your mind. As you breathe in, imagine your dreams in vibrant color. As you exhale, release anything that doesn’t align with your vision.
Hold your breath and your vision, feeling the power and truth of your dreams. Commit to this reality and take actions that align with your vision.
Life is meant to be challenging, but these challenges help you grow. Rise up and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

They have no different experiences and they're going to watch the same movie. They're going to eat the same popcorn, the same drink. Nothing is different. And I call the first one before the movie and I tell them, I say, I can't work with you anymore. You are by far the worst person I've ever met. Listening to you talk again and again, it's just complaining. You have no intention to get better. You just want the world to get worse so that you feel better about your situation. I don't want to be around you. I think you're bad to the world. You need to go live your life and stay away from everybody. If I said to that, to that person, |

| 2:33.3 | I just want to call you and tell you how thankful I am for you to be in my life. You see, both those people would have been hit with words, which represent frequency, that they would have perceived a certain way and would allow them to feel a certain way. But then they go watch this movie together. They would not take away the same experience from that movie. The one that was put down, the one that was hurt, they are going to take away the hurt and pain in the movie if they're able to even pay attention at all. The one that got the good news, that's feeling good and loved and supported, they are going to take away those things from the experience. See, the movie is not as it is. It is as you are. That's why everybody, if they listen to the same song, they would have the same takeaway if the thing was permanent and not them. If that was the thing |
