Changing your now changes your experience. This realization is powerful but daunting. You have the power to see situations differently and choose how you want to respond.
People often hold on to hurt because they identify with it. Whether you’ve been wronged by someone or a situation, you can decide to see it as happening for you, not to you. You can choose a different experience at any time, no matter how long you’ve been in pain. Wherever you focus your attention, that’s where your power goes.
Remember, you are both the creator and observer of your experience. By focusing on positive things, you create more positivity in your life. Surround yourself with people who also choose to be present and positive. This will make it easier for you to stay on this path.
Imagine a version of you ten years from now who always sees the good in every situation. What would that person do if they woke up in your current life? They would see your day differently because they’ve spent years practicing positivity. Your now is shaped by your perspective.
There’s no mountain you can’t climb. The possibilities are endless. It’s a journey, not a destination. You’re becoming the person you want to be.
