0:29.3 | the blessed privacy of my computer. And the first time I decided to actually take this huge risk and speak at a conference, |

0:43.0 | Yes, the event host was kind enough to tell me. |
0:47.0 | That was the worst speaker. |
0:49.0 | I was kind of traumatized. |
0:50.0 | I'm not going to lie. |
0:52.0 | Even thinking about it makes me a little sick to my stomach. |
0:55.0 | But I allowed myself to learn and get better. |
0:59.0 | And I've been asked to speak on some pretty darn big stages since then, like really big stages, |
1:07.3 | Dean Graciosi, Russell Brunson type big stages. And yes, I'm still scared and I shake like a leaf up there, |
1:14.0 | but I can get up there and tell my story so that I can help others live their own amazing stories. |

1:22.0 | I know I can get better. In fact, I believe all of us get better as we keep sharing our stories, whether it's up on stage or in the About Us section of our websites, which is why I was so excited that the wildly fantastic Colin Boyd is joining me today on the podcast. |
