0:48.1	And I'm thinking back to all of the times where I would look at my reality and be super annoyed.

1:12.9	mode. Whether I realized it or not, I will say there was a little bit of kind of understanding
1:18.8	that I was absolutely choosing it. But also, that's what my brain was telling me was normal.
1:24.7	That is how I was programmed my whole life, is to be in victim mode and think that life
1:30.0	is happening to you and not for you and that you really don't have the control that you want to
1:35.9	have over your life. And so today, we are going to talk about going from victim mode to facilitator mode.
1:43.0	So no matter where you are, you can always become more of a facilitator, more of a
1:48.1	creator in your life and your whole fucking life is going to shift so fast.
