Okay, let's dive in. Without further ado, here's my friend Melanie. One of the biggest issues when I'm working with my clients, these are women who own their businesses, executives. It is their self-talk.

It is the way that they talk to themselves in their head.

They beat themselves up.

They are cruel to themselves.
