them are not fitness. All right. So let's see what we've got. Okay. So the first question is from

away we go. And she asked, how do you switch from, uh, from a cut to maintenance? So how do you

switch from weight loss to maintenance? How much to increase your calories? It's a really good

question. A question I've been getting a lot. Ever since I started my mini cut. So what do you,

how do you explain to people how to switch from a cut to maintenance? How many calories they should

increase? Go to the inner circle and look at our manual because we, we do have a manual on this

very topic and in any inner circle and exactly how to do it. Um, but the long story short here,

you add calories back in gradually. And I think especially if you're a little bit worried about

the scale and now it's going to go up a little bit and you're worried about all that, add calories

back in slowly. And I like to think of it by the week. So like you keep eating kind of where you are,

but maybe three or four days a week you're going to eat a little bit more, maybe a hundred calories

more on those days. So by the end of the week, you're in the plus column, three to four hundred calories,
