We are creators, and we are constantly creating. When you learn to put positive thoughts in your head and use gratitude to see the positive around you, you will start creating that in your world.

We're going to take some deep healing breaths to help us align on the frequency

that we want in our lives. So you can pick a word. It can be love, joy, happiness, abundance,

forgiveness, whatever frequency you want. As you take a deep breath in, you're going to say this

word over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with this energy. And then as you're

holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in with this energy and then as you're holding your breath

visualize yourself doing something in this frequency and then once you exhale anything that no
