Your mindset, the frequency of your thoughts, shapes your entire reality. As the saying goes, "Your perception is your reception." Your thoughts determine how you perceive and experience the world.
We have both subconscious and conscious thoughts. The subconscious ones are ingrained through experiences and influences over time, while the conscious thoughts are the ones we actively engage with. By overriding your conscious mind with thoughts that align with your desired experiences, you can influence your subconscious to adopt the same perspective.
You have control over the external influences that shape your thoughts. You can surround yourself with conversations and content that resonate with your desired frequency. High-frequency thoughts focus on gratitude, love, and expansion, while low-frequency thoughts dwell on negativity, fear, and loss.
By paying attention to and nurturing high-frequency thoughts, you can actively create a more positive experience. The key to rapid change is belief; by truly believing in your positive thoughts, you can manifest them in your life.
Create "I am" statements that align with your highest self and repeat them consistently to become those energies. As you do this, your reality will begin to shift in alignment with your thoughts.
To level up and become the best version of yourself, you must go within, control your thoughts, and align them with your higher self. This inner shift will set the path for positive changes in your external reality.
