Instead, we get caught up in planning for the next move. Now if you think about it,

we live in a time where everything is about speed and efficiency. We are constantly being encouraged to think ahead and to stay on top of everything. It's almost as if there's this underlying message that if you're not thinking about the next thing, then you're falling behind.

Whether it's in your career, your social life, or even just what you're going to eat for dinner. There's this

pressure to always be one step ahead. And don't get me wrong, planning has its

place. It's important to set goals and to have a vision for where you want to go in life.
