I always used to have clients tell me, you know, I was doing so well with my eating plan.

And just out of the blue, I had this overwhelming urge to go through the fast food lane, almost like the car drove itself through the fast food lane.

And they would get a burger, fries, and a soda.

Or another one I used to hear is my brother left a bag of chips on the kitchen counter.

And the bag wasn't even opened, but I had this irresistible craving for chips,

and I opened the bag, and I thought I would just take a handful, and then next thing you know,

the entire bag is gone. So, I mean, these things happen to people, and I think they don't even

realize why. So today, that is what our topic is.
