If you want to change, you must know who you want to become. Then we must operate as that version of ourselves in our current life. This is how we change our frequency. You have been acting in constant patterns that have created the version of yourself that you are today. Now you have to undo that momentum and start the energy moving a new way.
This is why your thoughts are so important. As you think, you are. Usually, we get an idea in our head of what we want to do, but over a period of time, we slide back into old thinking habits. That's why controlling your thoughts is critical to making the change. In this episode, we break down how to create the highest version of yourself and stay in that energetic state.
