It's Memorial Day weekend here in the United States of America, and I do want to say on behalf of our church family to those of you who've had family members or someone you love serve in the armed forces, perhaps that lost their life or were deeply impacted by a war or being engaged, we want to say thank you for your contribution and your sacrifice. The Bible says

greater love has no one than this that they lay down their life for their friends. And this is

an opportunity. We have a three-day weekend here in our country,

but it's because many people have sacrificed and we don't want to forget what we're remembering.

And so from my heart, from your church, we honor you. Together, can we put our hands together

and just show some love and honor today? Today we are in the fifth week of a message series called The Road to Freedom.

We've been talking about God's desire for all of us to live with greater levels of freedom.

And today we're going to do something a little different. I'm going to bring the first part

of the message today. Then Pastor Johnny Baker, who leads up, celebrate recovery, is going to come

and deliver the second part.

And then together, we're going to just dialogue about his journey of leading in recovery with Celebrate Recovery for the last 20-plus years.

And this was supposed to be the last weekend of this message series, but I really did feel like there was one more message that we were supposed to bring.

So next weekend, I want to encourage you to be back, to bring somebody with you.

Stacey and I are going to be team teaching together, and we're going to talk about marriage.

And the subject we're going to deal with is, why do so many people feel stuck in their marriage?

Have you ever heard that before?

Somebody said, I feel stuck in my marriage. Maybe you ever heard that before? Somebody says, I feel

stuck in my marriage. Maybe you've never said it, but you know somebody who has. And how do you
