Some of the symptoms that we hear about the most are dry mouth, heart palpitations, stomach upset, and nausea, headaches. and

Nause, headaches, sweating, dizziness and restlessness,

And I realize there are more, but these are the ones that come up the most.

And so we decided it would be a good idea

to share with you some of the things that we know,

some of the holistic ways that we've been able to help ourselves and so many others when they're feeling any number of these symptoms.

We'll also talk about higher Veda and how the symptoms can show up in our doshas and most importantly what you can do

about all of this. Let's begin by kind of ticking off each one of these one by one.

I think that might be a good place to start. Dry mouth is fairly obvious.

We need to hydrate. We need to drink more clean filtered water, spring water if you have it and hydrate much more.
