Hey, welcome to today's episode of the show. Today we're going to be talking about

conversation mastery, specifically how to smoothly talk

with anyone.

This is an incredibly valuable skill, whether you want to use this for your personal life,

for connecting with people, feeling just more socially connected, and then using those connections

over time to create better relationships, deeper friendships.

Of course, social, smooth connection is essential when it comes to business,

whether you want to network and create strategic partnerships, or you want to develop new clients

or customers, or work with vendors, or have people maybe be more open or supportive in

promoting you. I mean, the list is endless. The more socially confident and

comfortable you are connecting with people, the more you can grow in business. Of course, in your

career, in the job, the organization that you're in, the people that get promoted more are not

necessarily the ones who are the best technically. In fact, I've seen tons of people like this

that I've worked with over the years who are technically more skilled than many of the people that are above them in the organization.

The issue is that they have been very technically skilled, head down, driven at their desk, and they didn't socialize with other people.
