Welcome to the Dr. Berg's Healthy Kito and Interminute fasting podcast, where Dr. Berg takes you on the journey for the truth about getting healthy and losing healthy weight. Hey guys I'm going to answer the question how to sleep super fast. There's nothing

0:50.0

worse than not being able to sleep at night and being tired the whole day. I had a problem with this.

0:55.7

So this is what I found as the reason why people can't get to bed fast. Number one,

1:06.4

they have too much light in their room at night between when it's supposed to get dark out and by the time they go to bed at night you're in

1:11.1

an environment it's too light. Well guess what? Guess what triggers

1:15.0

the hormones that have you go to sleep? It's darkness. So you might want to

1:19.8

1:44.0

taking melatonin. Okay, but that's one thing. Number two, TV. You watch too much TV and

1:51.7

the news is not good before you go to bed.

1:54.0

You don't want to watch scary movies.

1:55.5

Maybe a comedy.

1:56.9

Best thing to do is read.

1:58.7

Why?

1:59.7

Because that inflow sometimes can trigger your body to keep you up at night too.
