0:11.2	I'm Dr. Lisa Pressman, and today is an episode that I did jointly with Kelly Corrigan,

0:22.8	the wildfires and how to support people who are going through such a devastating experience.
0:30.4	And I mean, this conversation translates to being there to support people who are going through

0:38.5	So we thought we would do that episode to just help sort of give people tools to be supportive,
0:46.4	to be helpful, which is separate from giving tools to people who need to be supported.
0:52.3	Here in California, here in Los Angeles. It's going to be a long road
0:57.6	to recovery. And we're going to do it. So Claire, who's my senior in college, is considering
1:05.9	moving to L.A. and trying to get a job in entertainment.
1:12.2	And so with her last week of Christmas break, we thought, we'll go to L.A.
1:16.7	We'll stay with our buddies in the Palisades.
1:19.7	And we can drive around and look at apartments and neighborhoods and do some networking and

1:30.4	is. And we woke up in our friend's house in the Palisades. She went for a run on the beach.
1:37.5	It was a perfect day. I went and sat in the backyard and did like my little stretches and had my

1:44.7	Edward and said this place is heaven like this place is tough to beat yep and you know by
1:53.9	that afternoon we were driving away with like Hiroshima in our rearview mirror.
