I am a psychotherapist in Raleigh, North Carolina, in private practice. I

primarily work with Act, which is acceptance and commitment therapy, which is kind of the model that we're going to be looking at.

It's not just a therapeutic model, but it's kind of a life model. And I'm also a trainer of other therapists

in something called functional analytics psychotherapy. And I've been doing this for quite a while,

about 17 years. How's that? I love it. Okay. Okay. So we're going to dive right in if that's okay.
