And we're talking today about a subject that I know many, many entrepreneurs out there

struggle with.

And it's this idea that I don't need to hire somebody right now because I'm already

fully staffed.

It's this concept of, hey, I don't need to hire somebody right now yet because I'm not

yet in a bind.

Well, I want to make sure you're getting the idea because maybe it's like easier to grasp

if you're far removed and it's a radio show as opposed to a in person discussion.

But it's a thing where like the idea of saying that you shouldn't staff people until you

need them is a lot like saying you shouldn't feed their kids until they're starving or you

shouldn't go to the bank until you overdraft.

It doesn't make any, the idea and I know that you, the listener, you're not a mildly retarded

person that struggles with grasping the causality and how things work.

But I think a lot of people struggle with this and so I'm going to do is I'm going to have

Eric Chup read the notable corbels and I'm going to have Marshall Morris break down what
