So the, when 2020 hit for, foreclosure moratorium happened again.

At that time, I owned four or five different companies, but my foreclosure software

company that was making $50,000 or $60,000 a month went to zero.

My company where I was buying foreclosures on the courth60,000 a month went to zero.

My company where I was buying foreclosures on the courthouse steps and flipping them went to zero.

So two of my companies, when COVID hit, went from making $100,000 a month to nothing.

Welcome to the first live episode of the Action Academy podcast.

This is going to be a very special bonus episode. What we're doing is we're taking the keynote speakers that I flew out to Costa Rica

for 45 members of the Action Academy. We were all out there for four days, and the keynote speakers

were amazing. And I spent a couple thousand dollars on an AV team at the last

minute to film everything, to record, and guys, it turned out amazing. So normally when it comes to

masterminds, keynotes, all this stuff, nobody ever posts the keynotes, right? Because that's the

main thing that you keep to the chest where you market it as all the value and exclusivity and all this

stuff. I don't agree with that. I think information should be free and implementation and the

networking is what you pay for. So the way that I see it is if I share the message and the speeches

from these keynote speakers to all of you guys, it helps them and it helps y'all and it impacts more

people at scale.
