He asks you for a raise, right?

Right. Every manager's fear. You think your whole day just goes just

goes to you know where. And maybe you saw it coming, maybe you know, maybe it's out of

the blue, but regardless, is there a right way to respond?? Yeah there is. Shouldn't they be meeting this incredibly high standard to earn it?

They should. And the next question comes to my mind is, this is I think one of the biggest fear that people have right which is if I say no
