First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay, so I've been thinking a lot about integrity lately and what it means to have

integrity the value of integrity, and its relationship to developing a respect for yourself.

Integrity is one of the deepest forms of peace you can experience because you can

lie to other people and create stories about who you are, but you can't lie to your heart. You can't create ideas in your

head about who you are that don't actually align with who you are.

There's a deep knowing and understanding of yourself that you have that is established over time through the way you relate to yourself and the world

around you.

And when you're living in alignment with yourself, independent of what other people are seeing of you,

then we often say that that is having integrity.

And in my experience, the more we have integrity,

the more we have a respect for our self.

In the same way that we respect someone who seems to be living in

alignment with their values, someone who cares, who seems to do the right thing, and there's just a sense of feeling settled around that

person, a respect for that person.

And so my question to you to reflect on is, do you respect yourself? Do you respect yourself?
