for you if you experience social anxiety, excessive niceness, worry about what other people think,

and generally some sort of fear that holds you back from being you, expressing yourself fully,

saying what you want, saying what you really think, disagreeing with others,

is someone's going to judge me, someone's going to dislike me, worse, someone's going to

criticize me. And whether those criticisms are directly stated to you or they're stated

them. They can all have the same effect of causing fear in you and then as a result you holding
