0:00.0	But you know, there's so many people out there that goes, you know, you, you, the way almost you talk about it, like it's easy. A lot of people go, it was not easy. I was hard. People would say, you know, I could, I used to have that big, I used to have this and that, but you know, now it's, it was just too much of a rat race and now I work at the 7-Eleven or something. So, so, you know, some people that fall, they don't, they never get back up. And so you got off the canvas. I was, I mean. We all were there, including you and I. Well, yeah, let me tell, let me tell the story about Andy. So, so all this 2008 hits. and then so I go so Andy wrote me

0:42.1	Estates and so I put down this like $5,000 or $7,000 to get this house.

0:50.3	So we're supposed to get this house and then I would, because I would own it, but I would not clothes on it, would sell it or something.

0:59.4	And, you know, that guy's got a big house and DJ equipment in his thing and he's driving out.
1:03.7	I remember besides the $500 belt, he has one driver.

1:10.2	He has three cars. He has amw a mercedes and f-150 that guy was
1:15.9	big balling right big Andy am i right or wrong i was spending a lot of money tell me how much how much
1:22.2	lease payments or whatever they were paying what do you think you're paying back then that was
1:26.4	where we all making more money than we can actually spend
1:29.3	SL 500, 1,300 a month, than the Mercedes,000, and the truck 750. So I had like more car payments
1:37.8	than the house cost. One guy, three cars. So, so we fast forward, crashes.
1:46.4	You know, again, me, I, I, this house that I was put money on, I was being sued.
1:52.7	And because I was in with this group that we're trying to sue the builders, it's a long story,
1:58.3	but everybody backed out except me.
