When you're stuck in a moment of hurt and only see the pain, it's hard to find a solution. But if you can view yourself from a third-person perspective, you can infuse energy into that version of you, just like talking positively to plants helps them grow. Think back to your childhood: if you were surrounded by positive affirmations, you'd likely believe in yourself more now. The same goes for negative words—they can still affect you today.
Imagine yourself in a challenging situation, and then picture positive words like lightning bolts coming from the sky, energizing you. Words like "You can do this," "You are loved," and "You are strong" can transform how you feel. We often tell ourselves negative things, but we need to give ourselves the opportunity to receive positive affirmations.
When you start your day with positive words, you'll begin to see evidence of them in your life. What you focus on expands. Incorporate these affirmations into your meditation or morning routine. Picture these words as powerful energy bolts entering your body, making you glow with positivity.
You might think this sounds crazy, but if what you've been doing isn't working, why not try something new? Changing your perspective can change your life. If you're not paying attention to your thoughts, you might be unconsciously reinforcing negativity. Start noticing your thoughts and challenge them.
Your perception shapes your reality. If you're constantly receiving negative input, it's no wonder your life feels off. You have the power to shift this. Embrace a different way of thinking. Those who have a good life often focus on the good things, and you can do the same. You are the creator of your experience.
You are the one who can solve what you're going through because the journey is always within. This is how you rise and become a rising tide that lifts all ships.
