By focusing on such moments, you can realign your state. Address the challenges in front of you from a place of peace rather than anger or frustration. This ensures that your decisions are not tainted by negative emotions.
You are the observer and creator of your experience. If you need strength or patience, visualize those qualities within yourself and create them. Shift your focus to positive patterns, and you'll see more positivity in your life.
Even if external factors contribute to your feelings, take responsibility for your energy. Don't give away your power by blaming others. Instead, focus on gratitude and connection to high-frequency emotions.
Let's do a deep healing breath together. Choose a peaceful moment, breathe in deeply, hold it, and feel the positive energy flowing through you. When you exhale, release anything that doesn't serve you.
Our world can change if we lift ourselves up and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.
