colleagues where we have been raised in that mentality that you're going to work hard and you're

going to work hard and you're going to succeed and succeed. But also how to balance that with being

okay with failure. Because it wasn't until I got to college and I failed where I actually had to

learn to be okay with failure. And up until then it was you do this, you get good grades, you're

going to get an A and if you get a B, if you get a C, that's not great. And how can you put that
