I just want to share with you what's been going on for me the last few days.

I decided in the middle of everything that's been happening that I really needed to slow down.

It started a couple of months ago.

I was just realizing I was just so anxious and just busier and busier and busier.

And I feel like in our culture, busy is so glorified and people tell you,

oh my gosh, you're crushing it. That's amazing.

And you get all this praise for your business, like getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

And it's easy to fall into being in such a workaholic.

And so it started a few months ago.

I started seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist and she said, okay,

you're going to do a little bit less this week and you're going to walk every day.

And at first it was so hard like to pull myself away from the pattern of working.

And working and working and working and just taking a walk at first was so difficult.

And then I started to do it every day.

And I started to realize how much I needed that time to walk without my phone for an hour for 30 minutes, 45 minutes just to get that space to really find that space.

And then it just started to feel like I needed to really take a break.
