the lie that's so easy to believe is if we get down the road a little bit and things all of a sudden don't

seem like they're working the way that they did that we made a mistake and that's not the case. Things fit differently in different seasons.

It's been so fun every time we've gotten to have a

conversation on your podcast or mine if if you're new to the show or you're just

tuning in. Steph's been on the show a couple times before and

literally every time it's like a crowd favorite and everybody loves it because she just

brings so much I feel like a relatable wisdom is the way that I would describe it but

Steph just wrote a new book called Create a Life You Love and I love the subtitle.

It's okay let me make sure I nailed this I like read it a hundred times before the show but

correct me if I'm wrong isn't it like quiet the outside voices so you can finally hear your own or something like that that's

exactly what it is okay Okay, I was like, I want to nail it.

Okay, I love that title because I feel like that is the struggle of so many of us,

especially I would say like kind of in those early adults into like early parenthood type years so I want to hear your heart like why this title why this book why know?

Yes, so I've been doing the work I do I I'm an author, I'm a podcaster, I have some online courses,

I've been doing this work for like 10 plus years now, and everything that I've been doing is under this umbrella of creating a life you love.
