Carrie Vaughn, the CEO of Love We're Finding.

Carrie, today we have a special guest here in the Love we're finding studios. Why don't you

introduce our special guest? It would be my honor. We have my wife, my

beautiful wife, Lelania Vaughn, who is with us. We have been together for 31 years. I actually have been following

her around for 33 years, but we've been married for 31. So, honey, I'm glad you're here.

I'm excited to be here today.

All the messages this month are on marriage and family

is something that we typically do every February

on Love Worth Finding.

And it's a great reminder to me that as a young married couple sitting

under the preaching of Adrian Rogers, one of the things he would do, one of the things

he would remind us is if God has ordained it, if God has providentially brought you together, then who are we, right,

to tamper with that? And if that's true, and I believe it is in my life, then I have to try everything in my being, right, to make this marriage work.

And so as I grow closer to him in my spiritual walk, and as Lelania grows closer to him in her walk, we automatically come together as a couple.

I think one of the most important things I learned too, under Dr. Adrienne Rogers teaching on marriage and family,

is how that marriage is an example to our children in the home.

It's so critical that we are showing them God's love through our marriage and

our love for one another because that's a bedrock and a foundation for their

faith too. Well we often had Adrian Rogers here in the Love We're Finding

studios and ask him questions about different topics and of course marriage was one why did you
