Summary
Understanding what it means to give yourself your personal best effort and executing what that looks like are two completely separate things. Which is wild because one would think if you understand it, you can execute it.
The thing I love about endurance sports is having the ability to consistently push your limits. But it's terrifying! Today, I want to talk about what it means to push our limits, why we do it, and what you can do to set yourself up for success as you chase down your personal best effort on any given day.

| 1:40.0 | But anyways, back to the baddest lady gang. I'm a coach. I've been coaching women for years now, which is amazing because sometimes I feel like I'm still this like brand new runner, but I'm absolutely not. |
