Welcome to today’s episode of The Mindset Mentor Podcast where today…  I’ve chosen to bring an important question up to get you thinking about something that is honestly crucial to your success moving forward: Why is it so much easier to give up on ourselves than it is to give up on other people? A huge part of the reason why accountability partners, and coaches can be so helpful for a lot of people is simply the fact that you are less likely to give up on something, when someone is watching and holding you responsible for what happens next.  Giving up is the easy route. But here’s another question for you… Where would your life be if you were to stop giving up?  In this episode I’m giving you 3 tips to push through that moment when you feel like pushing through is just too hard to keep going. Train yourself to work hard. Challenges become easier the moment you decide that you’re not going to let any barrier between you and your goal. Do what needs to be done, regardless of how you feel. Confidence is built when you show up for yourself without exception.  Have a “Why”. When your WHY is strong enough… your HOW will reveal itself. This will make it easier to push through giving up, because you’ll remember why you started.  Too often people get so close to a major breakthrough, but give up right before they get there.
