0:00.0	Let's just jump into it. How do you break through the fear to start taking action?
0:05.1	Well, step one is this. You need to accept that you're never going to know enough.
0:10.6	And this, to me, is the one that I see is really prevalent in real estate investing and people
0:17.9	who've never done a deal, but they've been researching forever, right? I get people who say they've
0:24.4	watched all my YouTube videos for the last year or, you know, their big fans of the podcast and
0:30.7	you know, all the stuff. And I say, okay, why haven't you done a deal yet? And typically they say,
0:36.8	well, you know, I want to research more or I want to wait till I get licensed or, you know,
0:42.0	I want to do xyz. Once I do this, then I'll do it. And it's like, you need to realize you're never
0:49.2	going to know enough, right? You're going to just learn as you go along. You're going to learn
0:54.6	as you take action and encounter the problems along the way. And, you know, if I had to go back
1:02.7	in time, I wish I would have told myself this because I was in the same boat. I felt like I didn't
1:08.8	know enough and so I didn't take enough action. And the reality is I finally knew enough
1:15.2	once I took the action. Unfortunately, it just works like that. You learn by doing. And,
1:22.0	you know, there are too many people that, you know, they just tell themselves these lies, which
1:26.8	are saying, you know, okay, once I do x, then I'll be able to once I finish this book or once I,
1:32.9	you know, finish this, I'll be able to do it. But it's like, no, you'll, you'll be able to do it
1:36.9	once you actually take action. So, um, except that you'll never know enough. And
1:42.2	that's in all aspects of life because even as, you know, as we talk about real estate investing,
1:50.0	it's the same thing as you scale your business. You know, you, you, you don't know how to do your
1:56.1	first deal until you do it, right? And then you don't know how to do deal number two until you do it.
2:00.7	You don't know how to handle five renovations at once until you go through it. Uh, you don't
2:05.8	know how to flip 100 a year until you do it. I certainly didn't know these things. There was
