So I'm thinking of a guy that's like he's going to go ask his wife, how's your heart?

And that's the first time she hears her husband say that, maybe ever or in a long time.

And she's like, she starts to cry. She starts say you know holy cow I've got a lot on my heart and he's like it's one more thing

I don't want to do with that right now I'd rather I would have rather not asked that question and just gone by so it's at the heart of all of that is really like selfishness.

Yeah. That's part of laying down your life.
