at point number six. You know, Julie, prior to today's show, I was actually reading a really cool

article on complaining. And I mean, it's kind of part and parcel for today's topic, too. But

complaining in general, there's been some psychological research that's coming out now.

Actually, I think part of this article was in psychology today, if you guys want to read this yourself.

And it is unbelievable the power of just one little minor complaint.

When you complain about anything, just the smallest little thing, like a complaint is almost as powerful in terms of having a detrimental effect on your mindset as like wing watery would be you know because one tiny tiny little complaint at like the speed of thought will multiply itself into many many other little negative thoughts and then the complaining looks for other rationalizations to still, you know,

essentially manifest more complaining, and the next thing you know,

you've basically become a very negative person.

It's really fascinating, you know, as far as the power of complaining,
