Let's start out off by talking about your background a little bit, how you got into coaching and programming for cross fit athletes?

Yeah, that's a great question.

I guess, you know, start with a little bit of my own you know athletic background I you know I

played lacrosse kind of football growing up, East Coast, you know, played a little bit at the college level.

And then, you know, just like everyone else, you know, after college kind of sports team sports kind of goes away and at that time I got introduced to to

you know rock climbing kind of alpine climbing in, you know, the big technical mountains, you know, the Himalayas and, you know, the French Alps and

spending a lot of time in Yosemite climbing and that was really the first time where I really kind of started to get interest

interested in you know how to make myself better, a better athlete,

starting to take a little bit more scientific approach.
