0:52.3	we are joined by Natalie Abbott. Natalie is the co-founder of Dwell and if you don't know about Dwell,

1:04.2	you memorize scripture. And isn't that what we all need? I mean, I personally love what you're doing
1:09.3	at Dwell Natalie and we're so excited to have you here today to talk about spiritual
1:13.6	dill supplants and to talk about how we can fit them into our really busy lives. So welcome to the
1:18.4	Daily Grace Podcast Natalie. I am so excited to be here with you ladies. This is so fun.
1:24.3	Yeah, so just to kick us off, why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself and then also if
1:28.6	you could tell us like what does a day in the life of Natalie look like? Which had am I wearing?
1:37.0	No, I have five kids. I am also a pastor's wife. We've been a ministry for like over 20 years now,
1:44.1	I think. My oldest is a senior in high school and my youngest is a fourth grader. And so we've got
1:50.0	like a whole gamut and a whole lot of things that we do. So it is really hard to say what a day in
1:55.5	my life looks like. But an ideal day right now looks like me rolling out about at like 515 and throwing
2:02.5	on sweatpants and a hat and going to Starbucks. And I sit there and I write, they're just Starbucks
2:08.9	by my house that opens at 530. So I sit and write for about three hours until my children are all
2:14.8	gone because I have to, no, I'm just kidding. I'm not trying to avoid them. But my sweet husband does
2:21.7	the morning rush. And then I just get all of this really great work in. And then the rest of my day
