My name is Joel Mark Witt and I'm in Tonya Dodge.

How do you determine for yourself what to work on next in your personal growth journey?

I sometimes look at life like a giant game of Minecraft that you've seen somebody play

Minecraft or you've kids or you've played it yourself.

You know that the world in Minecraft when it's set to creative mode is a video game.

You can pretty much do anything you want.

You can build anything you want.

There's blocks you set up and you can tear down, you can mine.

And the entire world is customizable.

So how do you decide what to do?

It's a lot of personal choice, a lot of desire.

There are some missions and things you can do in the game, but if you're in creative mode,

you just kind of decide what you're going to do and go build it.

And I look at life in a very similar way.

It's open to us.

We have endless possibilities and we have some preconditions, like preexisting conditions

that were born into many of us, societally, physically, you know, time period, technologically.

There's some limitations.

But inside of those limitations we're born with, we have a lot of options in life.

So how do we know what to do next?

How do we know, especially with something like personal growth?
